Payments
- For family access and sponsored content payment will be taken via the website.
- Family access has a one time administrative fee. It lasts a lifetime, no hidden fees or further costs.
- Costs for businesses include a one-off administrative fee. Thereafter the sponsored content cost is for one year from time of publication, unless otherwise stated (such as a limited offer). The administrative fee is included in the cost at sign up.
- After the first year companies remain listed on the database for families.
- Sponsored content can be renewed after this time, adding more visibility at an additional cost, via your account page.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations are not possible for family access. Due to the low cost and nature of the lifetime access to information we regret that cancellations are not possible.
- Sponsored Business partners can cancel up to 28 days after joining. Requests for cancellations must be made in writing and be received within 28 days of joining. The cost is refundable minus an £20 administrative charge.
Family Access Terms and Conditions
- You must be a family home educating one or more children in order to sign up.
- Families will pay an one off administrative fee of £18, for your whole families home education journey. Once signed up families have access to businesses, sessions and classes for home educators in their area and across the UK. They will be able to find sessions and discounts for their children, search by age, area or type to find out what's right for them both locally and virtually.

- The service is virtual, there are no delivery costs.
- Payments are via card, BACS or apple pay on the website.
- Just fill in your contact details, so we can get in touch. Add your area and children's ages so you can find local and relevant services. We don't take information we don't need, such as names or dates of birth for children, just ages to help find more useful information for you.
- The site is currently only available in English but the site does offer accessible features.

- You can close your account at any time via your account setting page. If you require help to do so requests to end your access and close your account must be made in writing. Please email us if you need help with this.

- If we become aware that you are a professional, not home educating your own children, who has joined under false pretences your account will be closed immediately.
Business Access Terms and Conditions
- As a business signed up with us you will be able to join our database of searchable sessions, services, activities and discounts. This makes you visible to home educating families who have joined us. You just need to be a business, big or small with a service or product to offer.
- Ready to join us? just click the 'sign up' button on the joining page and it will take you through to payments.
- A one off admin fee is chargeable at sign up. Sponsered content is an additional fee which is renewable annually. Joining is virtual, there are no delivery costs.
- Payments via card, BACS or apple pay via the website.
- Just fill in your business detials so we can get in touch.
- Once you have joined you will be able to add the details of your class, session, service or discount via the members area. This will be added to the database for families.
- As a business or company you will write your own content for the database via the website. The information you provide must be:

Legal
Decent
Truthful
Honest
socially responsible (not encouraging illegal, unsafe or anti-social behaviour)
Please describe the cost as accurately as possible
Please be polite, no language that may cause offense and no political advertising.
- There is no advertising to children, adverts are aimed at parents. But think family friendly.
- All businesses are our partners and are consenting to one year's Sponsered content , visible on our database, home page, and used in social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and sent directly to our members.
- All new sign ups will be promoted within 10 business days of joining. Promotion will be across multiple platforms for sponsored content, including social media, WhatsApp, the website and newsletter.
