Access the Members Area
What does a family membership get us?
Families get access to the family members area of the website. When you sign up you create a password you can use to sign in.
The database is on the 'Family Database' page of the family members area. You can search the database by location, type of session or discount. It has details of partner discounts for families on resources, holiday accommodation and sessions. It has online and postal resources, available anywhere in the UK and face to face learning sessions in specific locations.
You also get access to a free resources page, with a comprehensive and growing list of free resources. This includes apps, websites, podcasts and more. Lots of learning ideas and ways to support your child's interests.

There is also a list of recommended books on your home page, tried tested and added by other home educating parents (each member can add their own). This gives you great ideas for books to look for at the library, or purchase as resources to support your learning.

- What does it cost me?
A one off administrative fee of £15 for lifetime access for your whole family's Home Education journey. There are no monthly fees or hidden costs.​​​​​​​

- Will there be something for us?
Activities and experiences to do together, for those who are unschooling. Right through to tutors and curriculum based resources for those who take a more structured approach. Books, tried and tested by parents, added by you! We aim to have something for everyone.​

- How often is the database updated?
We contact new businesses across the UK weekly, so it's always being updated. We will contact families directly once a week with new partners and offers. Make sure you sign up to email and WhatsApp updates.​​​​​

- Why do you charge to join?
Simply because it’s a lot of work and admin collating all of the resources, contacting businesses to find their discounts and persuading businesses to create new discounts and offers for you. We’ll keep working and the database will keep growing.
We also pay for the web domain and site software so there's no pop ups.
​​- What do I get?
Access to information in one centralised place. Businesses offering tutoring, sessions, home ed discounts and activity ideas. You can search for exclusive discounts, classes near you or virtual sessions you can access anywhere. A list of free resources, with links.
Book recommendations from other home ed parents, you can add your own too.
There is also a newsletter and WhatsApp group sending details of new offers directly to you. As well as a dedicated kids area for families children, run by kids for kids with free learning and activity ideas.

- How do I sign up?
Fill in the online family form with your details, pay the one off administrative fee and then log in.

- Can we recommend a service that we use and love?
Yes, of course. We are always looking for new businesses to work with, let us know.

- I'm a home ed family and I run home ed services. Which membership is for me?
Sign up as a family to the database, you will have access to the page to add a session or service to the database too! We want to support small businesses and start ups within the community.
